William T. Tomasello

William T. Tomasello, 77, of Foxboro, MA, died on April 8th, 2017. Born in Norwood he is the son of Joseph Tomasello who came to the U.S. from Italy as a child. His mother Catherine Tomasello was born in Norwood. He leaves behind his love, friend, wife Madelain Blais Tomasello married in 1959, his three children Nancy Tomasello Leland married to Fred of North Attleboro, Mark Tomasello married to Tina of Wrentham, William Tomasello married to Helica of Foxboro. He adored his grandchildren Danielle, Joseph, Moriah, and Nicholas along with two great grandchildren Markie and Jack, his living brothers Edward of Norwood and Paul of Lincoln, New Hampshire. His deceased brothers Joseph, Jack, and Peter.

He graduated from Norwood High School in 1957 and entered the Navy and also was a member of the Norwood Chapter Colonial Boys. He spent his early years as a barber and later on was a homebuilder. He was a parishioner of Saint Mary's Church, Foxboro. He loved to travel with his wife throughout their marriage. He lived for his family, loved his children, and loved to make you laugh. His presence was vibrant and you always had a good time with him.

Thank you, Dad, for being the best father, friend, anybody could ever ask for. We all love you deeply for our hearts are broken, until we meet again rest in peace.

I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one, don't be sad I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun of happy memories that I leave when life is done.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend William's Visitation on Friday, April 14, 2017 from 9:30-10:30 AM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street, Walpole. A Funeral Home Service will follow at 10:30 AM. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery in Norwood.
