WILLIAM K. McBRIEN AGE 81 YEARS DIED AT Taunton Nursing Home , Taunton, Massacusetts on Tuesday Evening, June 27th, 2006. |Born on September 20, 1924, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, the son of the late Michael & Cecillia (Kelley) McBrien.

Upon his graduation from High School he entered into the United States Army and served his country during World War II as a Private First Class. He served from 1943 through 1946 with the Headquaters Battery 244th Field Artillery Battalion

A resident of Norfolk for over 42 years , where he served as a town offical. Recently he had been living in Mansfield, Massachusetts.

Retired in 1989 from the Georgia Gulf Company where he was a chemical sales representative.

Beloved husband of Therese (Sullivan) McBrien Loving father of Maureen and her husband Bil Kirchhoff of Montana, Michael McBrien of Mattapoisett and Liam and his wife Kathy McBrien of Norton. Cherished grandfather of Patrick Liam McBrien Brother of Katherine Reese of PA Uncle of Ed Reese

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at Saint Jude's Church 86 Main Street Norfolk on Saturday, July 1st, 2006 @ 10AM . Visiting hours are Friday Afternoon from 3PM - 7PM at James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment Norfolk Cemetery, Veterans Section, Norfolk, Massachusetts.
