Theresa C. Keenan

MRS. THERESA C. (MASTROIANNI) KEENAN AGE 58 YEARS DIED IN HER WALPOLE HOME ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14TH, 2005. Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania , she was a 1965 graduate of Central High School in Scranton, and from the Community Medical Center School of Nursing. She also attended the Marywood College.

Mrs. Keenan worked as a Registered Nurse: first at the Beth Israel Hospital in the I.C.U. and as a Cardio-Angioplasty Nurse. Later she became skilled in G.I. nursing, and was involved in the Intervential Radiology, balancing medications during procedures. Most recently she has been working at the Harvard Vanguard G.I. Unit in Kenmore Square.

A resident of Walpole since January 1978, having lived in Norwood for 5 years and coming here from Pennsylvania.

Theresa Keenan was a devoted wife, daughter, and mother. There was nothing she loved more than spending time with her family and friends. She had an incredible lust for life that transcended into everything she did from traveling with her husband Ralph to her life's work as a nurse. Those of us who were privileged enough to eat at her table will never forget her wonderful cooking. Thank you for being with us. Although the time was too short, we will always remember and love you.

Funeral from the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole on Monday @ 9AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Blessed Sacrament Church Walpole @ 10AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited Visitn Hours are Sunday 2-4 & 7-9PM. Interment in Saint Francis Cemetery.
