Teresa M. Connors, age 59, passed away peacefully in the Norwood Hospital in Norwood, Massachusetts on Monday, October 24, 2016. Born in Norwood on May 22, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Paul M. and Mary M. (Lynch) Connors. She was raised in Norfolk, Massachusetts and attended Saint Coletta's School in Hanover and King Philip in Wrentham before graduating from Keefe Technical High School in Framingham.
While continuing to live in Norfolk and as a lifelong member of the ARC of South Norfolk, Terry worked for many years as an assembler at Lifeworks in Westwood. In 2005, she settled into her new home on Creek Street in Wrentham, where she developed deep connections within her new community, forming a second family. Terry began attending Alternatives Unlimited in Wrentham in 2013, further extending her second family.
Terry had a love for music, singing whenever she could and finding peace each night as she fell asleep to the sounds of her Walkman playing softly. As an avid bowler, she joined the Millis Bowling League and in 2009 earned the Women's Bowler of the Year Award, which she was most proud of. Terry also enjoyed both swimming and shopping. Terry loved spending time with her family, she enjoyed large gatherings with everyone, especially pizza parties and playing Uno and Bingo, but was also excited about a special moment with her Dad at Dairy Queen. Aside from her family, Terry's second love was Mickey Mouse. She traveled to Disney World and Disney Land multiple times, enjoying every minute of it.

Loving sister of Judith Hallett and her husband Jack of Sedalia, Colorado, Martha Eaton and her husband Larry of Clayton, North Carolina, Kathleen Hinkelman of Duxbury, Massachusetts, and Maureen Vann and her husband David of Clayton, North Carolina.
Cherished aunt to many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
She is also survived by her Godparents, Richard and Nancy Connors as well as many loving friends from her community on Creek Street in Wrentham.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Teresa's Life Celebration on Thursday, October 27, 2016 from 4-7 PM and Friday, October 28, 2016 from 9-9:30 AM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street, Walpole. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Jude's Church, 86 Main Street, Norfolk on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in the Pondville Cemetery in Norfolk. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Alternatives Unlimited, 50 Douglas Road, Whitinsville, MA 01588.
