Teresa Irene Brown

Teresa Irene (Creagh) Brown, age 77, passed away in the Maples Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on December 27, 2015 after a long illness. Born in Waltham, Massachusetts on December 27, 1938, she was the daughter of the late James C. and Marguerite M. (Tighe) Creagh. She graduated from the Academy of the Assumption in Wellesley with the Class of 1956 and continued her education at the College of New Rochelle, graduating in 1960. She has been a resident of Franklin, Massachusetts for the past 4 ½ years and had previously resided in Norfolk and Dover.

Teresa spent her working career in educaton as the Founder and Director of the Dover Montessori School.

As an avid gardener, she enjoyed tending to her flower and vegetable gardens, however it was spending time with her family that made her the happiest.

Loving mother of Michael Brown of Norfolk, Debbie Egan of Weston and Richard Brown of Ft Meyer, FL.
Cherished grandmother of 4 and great grandmother of 1.
Sister of Rita Creagh of Woodland Hills, CA, Ina Boyd of New Seabury, Ann Brennan of Southbury, CT and Mary Kiley of Onset.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the visitation on Saturday, January 2, 2016 from 9-10 AM in Saint Jude's Church, 86 Main Street, Norfolk. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in the Church on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 10:00 AM. Interment will be private. Arrangements by James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, Walpole.
