Stephen A. Johanson

Stephen A. Johanson age 62 years died in the Caritas Norwood Hospital in Norwood, Massachusetts on Friday, February 6, 2009. Born in Roslindale, Massachusetts on October 24, 1946, he was the son of the late John and Geraldine (Cronin) Johanson.

He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

Mr. Johanson was a plumber by trade.

Beloved husband of Susan (Rumbel) Johanson of Walpole. Loving father of John Johanson and Stephanie Johanson both of Walpole. Brother of John Johanson of Virginia, William Johanson of Wrentham, Rickie Johanson of Canton, and the late Jerry Johanson.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial the will be celebrated in the Blessed Sacrament Church East Street (Route 27) at Diamond Street on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at 9AM. Visiting hours are Tuesday, February 10, 2009 from 4-8PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment is in Saint Francis Cemetery in Walpole, Massachusetts.
