Robert Anthony Weckesser, age 39, of East Walpole, Massachusetts passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 16, 2021. Born in Newton, Massachusetts on January 1, 1982, he was the son of Robert G. and Debra M. (McGillicuddy) Weckesser. He was raised in East, Walpole and graduated from Xaverian Brother's High School in Westwood with the Class of 2000. Rob continued his education at Fairfield University in Connecticut, earning his bachelor's degree in finance with the Class of 2004.
Rob held various positions in the financial services industry over the years. He was smart, personable and quick to pick up any new position that he took on.
Rob enjoyed spending some quiet time with his sketch book, reading, journaling, and listening to his favorite music. He also loved spending time at Bluefish Cove in Marshfield and enjoyed many summers at Rexhame Beach. Most of all, Rob loved spending time with his family, especially his two children, Madison and Max. His sense of humor and bright smile will be missed by all who knew him.

Devoted son of Robert G. and Debra M. (McGillicuddy) Weckesser of East Walpole.
Cherished brother of Leeann M. Oliveri and her husband, David, of Natick.
Loving uncle of Michael Oliveri, Anna Oliveri, and Luke Oliveri all of Natick.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Rob's Life Celebration on Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 2 to 6 PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street, Walpole.
As a result of the ongoing and ever-developing health crisis in the world and with genuine concern for the people whom they love, Rob's family has decided that his funeral service and interment will be private.
