Robert A. Franklin

ROBERT A. FRANKLIN age 46 years died in the Caritas Norwood Hospital on Wednesday, February 21, 2007. Born in Norwood, MA on December 27, 1960, the son of Jean G. (Reid) Franklin and the late Albert J. Franklin, JR. He was a resident of Norwood since 1985 , moving from Walpole.

Mr. Franklin was a 1979 graduate of Walpole High School and a 1983 graduate of Westfield State College.

He worked as a landscaper for the D. Foley Landscape Co in Walpole.

Mr Franklin worked part time at Palumbo's, and had worked at Thackery's, in the Walpole Mall, the Ninety-Nine Restaurant & Pub , and at the Beacon Restaurant, in East Walpole.

He enjoyed sports, especially hockey and the Boston Bruins,his country music, Guitar, and motorcycles He was a volunteer for the Norwood Circle of Hope Organization

He especially loved his time with family and friends

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Church East Street (Rt 27) @ Diamond Street Walpole on Monday, February 26, 2007 @ 11AM. Visiting hours are Sunday, February 25, 2007 4 pm to 8pm at James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment Saint Francis Cemetery.
