Reginald W. Ethridge

Reginald W. Ethridge, age 50 years, of Walpole, Massachusetts died suddenly on Sunday, January 2, 2010. Born in Chelsea, Massachusetts on November 20, 1960, he graduated from the Boston Technical High School, and went on to graduate from Northeastern University. He has been a resident of Walpole, Massachusetts.

Mr. Ethridge was beloved husband of Deena F. (Christelis) Ethridge, whom he married in 2000, and with whom he had three children, Christopher Ethridge (age 8), Theoni Ethridge (age 7), and Sophia Ethridge (5) all of Walpole, all of whom he leaves. He also leaves two daughters, Kim Ethridge (age 21) and Amanda Ethridge (age 18), both of Westwood, from his earlier marriage to Susan DeRosier, also of Westwood.

Mr. Ethridge was the loving son of Rosemary Dillon of Milton, FL, and brother of William Ethridge, of Spanaway, WA, Joseph Zawawi of West Suffield, CT, and Jamie Zawawi of Pace, FL. He was the loving son-in-law of Dean and Effie Christelis of Cranston, RI and devoted nephew of Bill and Marilyn Dillon of Gloucester, MA.

Mr. Ethridge worked as a mortgage broker for Franklin Mortgage in Braintree, Massachusetts and was in the mortgage business for over 15 years.

He enjoyed traveling, going to the beach, fixing things in his workshop, and barbecuing; however, he most especially loved spending time with his family.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the graveside service in the New Westwood Cemetery located at 847 High Street (Route 109) in Westwood on Thursday, January 6, 2010 at 2:30PM.
