Reginald Patrick Butts

Mr. Reginald Patrick Butts, age 61 years, died in the Caritas Norwood Hospital, Norwood, Massachusetts on Monday, March 31, 2008. Born in Boston, on March 24, 1947, the son of the late Reginald P. and Anna T. (Kehoe) Butts. A 1964 graduate of Catherdal High School in the South End of Boston and a 1968 graduate of Suffolk University.

Mr. Butts and his family have been residents of Walpole since 1980, moving here from Foxboro.

Reg was the Vice President of Human Resources for a number of companies over his 35 year career. He worked at Stop & Shop, Outlet Broadcasting in Providence, RI, Cherry, Webb & Touraine, Staples, and Workscape.

Reg loved spening time with family and friends on the beach in Marshfield, and exploring the world on cruise ships. He also enjoyed reading and playing cards with his cribbage league and whist group. He was an avid skier, who enjoyed the mountains of New Hampshire, Maine, and Colorado.

Beloved husband of Kathleen A. (Mitchell) Butts Loving father of John J. and his wife Lisa Butts of Newton, and Kevin T. and his wife Sarah Butts of San Francisco, CA Cherished grandfather of Kate Butts, Anna Butts, and Rachel Butts Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated in the Blessed Sacrament Church East Street (Route #27) at Diamond Street Walpole on Saturday, April 5, 2008 @ 10AM. Visiting hours are Friday, April 4, 2008 from 4pm to 8pm in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton, Massachusetts.
