Regina M. Reilly

Mrs. Regina M. (Horgan) Reilly age 71 years died Suddenly in the Englewood Community Hospital Englewood, Florida on Thursday Morning March 19, 2009. Born in Boston on September 20, 1937, the daughter of Daniel and Josephine (Durkin) Horgan. She graduated from Mount Saint Joseph's Academy in Brighton, with the Class of 1956, and then from The Boston Business School with the Class of 1958.

A resident of Walpole for the past 40 years.

Mrs. Reilly worked for the Walpole Public Schools, she was a secretary at Walpole High School, the Bird Middle School and at the Central Office. She was well known in the system for helping students over the years and was a great support to the faculty.

Regina enjoyed photography, the ocean, was known as the family historian. Her greatest joy came from her grandchildren. She loved to be involved in all of their activities, whether it be sports, school work or outside projects. She loved to surprise her grandchildren whenever she could.

Beloved wife of the late Paul D. Reilly. Loving mother of Margaret E. Doherty of Millis, Judith M. Brousseau of California, and Amy M. Hull of New Hampshire. Cherished grandmother of 9. Sister of Rita Freeman of Florida, Judith Fallon of Delaware, Joan Manning of Foxboro, Dorothy Riley of Arizona, and Stephen Horgan of Maine.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated in the Blessed Sacrament Church East Street (Route @27) at Diamond Street Walpole on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 @ 10AM. Visiting hours are Tuesday, March 24, 2009, from 3-5 and 7-9 at James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole . Interment Saint Francis Cemetery, Walpole..
