Phyllis A. Giampapa

Phyllis A. (Comeau) Giampapa age 74 years died in the Caritas Norwood Hospital in Norwood, Massachusetts on Monday, February 9, 2009. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on March 28, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Philip L. and Esther M. (Martin) Comeau. She graduated from Roslindale High School with the class of 1951. She has been a resident of Plainville for the past 6 years moving there from Walpole where she spent 46 years.

She was an office manager for the John Hancock Insurance Company in Walpole, Massachusetts and retired in 1993.

Mrs. Giampapa enjoyed traveling, bowling, and Camping in Burlingame, RI; but most especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Beloved wife of Sebastian L. Giampapa Loving mother of Linda Corn of CO, Catherine Hetu of RI, Stephen Giampapa of FL, Paul Giampapa of Plainville, and John Giampapa of Walpole Cherished grandmother of 8 Sister of Doris Reidy, David Comeau both of Sharon and Irene Lepro of Brockton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral Mass that will be celebrated in the Blessed Sacrament Church East Street (Route 27) at Diamond Street in Walpole on Saturday, February 14, 2009 at 10AM. Visiting hours are Friday, February 13, 2009 from 4pm to 8pm in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole.
