Phyllis A. (Noonan) Abbott passed away in Walpole, Massachusetts on Thursday, April 16, 2015. Born in Lynn, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Esther (Callahan) Noonan. She graduated from Lynn English High School with the class of 1945.

After graduation, Phyllis took a position as a Customer Service Representative with New England Telephone and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers. She was later employed by TWA working with the Factory Mutual Account. She retired from TWA in 1981.

Phyllis was most recently a resident of Walpole, Massachusetts and had previously lived in Norfolk. As an avid traveler, she enjoyed spending the winter months in Fort Pierce, Florida.

In her retirement, she became a member of the Sweet Adelines and took part in Shows at Norwood Hospital for 10 years.

She is survived by her companion John Reddick, and her friends Nancy Martin of Norfolk and Elizabeth Andry of Port St. Lucy, Florida.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Phyllis's Life Celebration on Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 2 to 4 PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street, Walpole. A Funeral Home Service will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at 4:00 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: MSPCA-Angell, ATTN: Donations, 350 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02130.
