Mr. Paul Martin Connors age 82 died in the Tufts New England Medical Center, Boston, Massachusetts on Wednesday , August 19, 2009. Born in Boston, on January 19, 1927, the son of Ross and Mary (Kennedy) Connors. He attended school in Boston, Norfolk and Walpole.

A resident of Norfolk since 1938, having moved here from Boston. Mr. Connors left High School and enlisted in the United States Navy, in order to serve his country during World War II, as an Aviation Ordanceman.

Upon his return from the service, Mr. Connors became a plumber, operating his own business in Walpole , Main Street Plumbing and Heating and later working for the Plumber Union Local #12 , Boston, MA . He spent most of that time with E.M. Duggan Company.

Mr. Connors was involved with the Southern Norfolk County Association for Retarded Citizens, a member of the Union Local #12 Retirees Club. He was once the Gas Inspector for the Town of Walpole.

Beloved husband of the late Mary Margaret (Lynch) Connors Loving father of Judith Hallet of Sedalia, CO, Martha Eaton of Clayton, NC, Teresa Connors of Norfolk, Kathleen Hinkelman of Hingham, and Maureen Vann of Clayton, NC. Cherished grandfather of 10 and great grandfather of4 Brother of Ross Connors of TN, and Richard Connors of Norfolk

Funeral from the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole on Saturday, August 22, 2009 @ 9AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Saint Jude's Church 86 Main Street Norfolk at 10AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are Friday, August 21, 2009 from 3pm to 7pm. Interment Pondville Cemetery Norfolk. Memorial donations may be made to SNCARC 789 Clappboardtree Street Westwood, Massachusetts 02090.
