Paul Richard Brennan

Paul Richard Brennan, age 76, passed away in his Norfolk, Massachusetts home on Friday, January 8, 2016. Born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on June 14, 1939, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mildred (Lane) Brennan. He was raised in Quincy, Massachusetts and graduated from North Quincy High School. After high school, Paul enlisted in the Army National Guard, ready to serve his country if called upon, and took a position with the Boston Herald.

Paul married his wife, Carole A. Clifford on December 1, 1961, together they made their home in Quincy before settling in Norfolk, Massachusetts in 1976. After moving to Norfolk, Paul started his own automotive company, Glass Technology, making repairs to automotive glass and paint.

He was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks in Quincy, and after moving to Norfolk, Paul joined the BPOE in Norwood. In his spare time, he enjoyed collecting coins, looking at antique cars, and following the New England Patriots. He also loved spending time with his cats, Tammy and Daisy. However, most of all, Paul cherished the time that he spent with his grandchildren, Kristi and Kyle. He would attend every event they took part in and enjoyed watching them succeed.

Cherished grandfather of Kristi and Kyle Enegren both of Plainville.
Brother of Robert Brennan of Quincy and the late Edward Brennan.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the visiting hour on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 10:30 to 11:30 AM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street, Walpole. A Funeral Home Service will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow in the Norfolk Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Paul's name may be made to the charity of your choice.
