Patricia Ann Jondro

Patricia Ann (Albee) Jondro, age 71, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Ledgewood Manor in Windham, Maine.  Born in Framingham, Massachusetts on January 8, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Darrell and Margaret (Taylor) Albee.  She was raised in Walpole, Massachusetts, where she graduated from Walpole High School with the Class of 1970.

Following her graduation, Pat held positions at various companies, including Sears and Roebuck, before welcoming her two sons, Eric and Chris.  After settling into her home in Foxborough, Massachusetts, Pat took on the role of a homemaker, raising and caring for her boys.  As her sons grew up and were enrolled in school, Pat took a position with the cafeteria at the Ahern Middle School in Foxborough, and later transferred to Foxborough High School, always keeping an eye out for Eric and Chris.  Once Chris graduated, Pat returned to the Ahern Middle School, and in 2004, she returned to her hometown of Walpole, moving into her childhood home.  While living in Walpole, Pat took a position with Blockbuster Video in the center of town, in addition to maintaining her role at the middle school.  Pat retired in 2017, after many years of dedicated service to the students of Foxborough.  In her retirement, Pat settled in Raymond, Maine, to be closer to her family.

Throughout her life, Pat enjoyed crochet work and was a whiz with the needles.  She crafted many afghans for her family and friends, and was especially proud of her American Flag project.  She knew how to bring a smile to everyone's face with a specially made batch of Chex Mix, ensuring everyone received a custom order from her famous pan.  Most of all, Pat was devoted to her family, treasuring the moments spend with those she loved so dearly.  She was thrilled at the birth of her grandchildren, and loved the opportunity to take an active role in their upbringing.

Cherished grandmother of Addison Jondro, Aiden Jondro, and Krisjon "KJ" Jondro.

Sister of the late Maryelaine Thurber and her surviving husband, David, of Foxborough.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Pat's Life Celebration on Sunday, March 26, 2023, from 2 to 4 PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street, Walpole.

At the request of Pat's family, her funeral service and interment will be private.
