Naifee MacLachlan

Naifee (Salloom) MacLachlan, age 98, passed away peacefully in the Maples Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wrentham, Massachusetts in Friday, March 30, 2018. Born in Norwood, Massachusetts on September 27, 1919, she was the daughter of the late George and Selma (Khoury) Salloom. She remained in Norwood until she and her husband John settled in Walpole in 1957, where Naifee took a administrative position at L.F. Fales Machine Shop.

Beloved wife of the late John MacLachlan. Devoted aunt of Sandra and Roger Doyle of South Carolina, Kathleen Gould of Boston, Margo Lee and Edward Frobel, Jr. of Plainville, Cheryl Dever Sullivan of Dedham, Valerie Lynn Dever of West Roxbury, and Earnest Earl and Tracie Dever of West Bridgewater.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a graveside service on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 1:00 PM in the Highland Cemetery, Winter Street, Norwood. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Emmanuel Baptist Church, 63 Rockwood Road, Norfolk, MA 02056.
