Maureen M. Buck

Maureen (Melly) Buck, age 83 born and raised in Lexington, Massachusetts, devoted wife of 59 years to Conrad Buck, passed peacefully at home on Sunday, September 15, 2013 with her family close by her side. Maureen is the loving mother of Jeffrey and his wife Kathleen of Seekonk, Bradford and his wife Diana of Franklin and the late Gregory and wife the late Mary Spillane of Foxboro. She is the adoring grandmother of Brianna Buck of Istanbul Turkey, Mary Kathryn (Buck) Petrik of Chicago Illinois and Lisa Kathleen Buck of Franklin.

Former Executive Director of the Norfolk Housing Authority for 30 years, PTA officer, CCD teacher for 12 years and presently officer and member of the Friends of the Norfolk Public Library where a room was recently dedicated to her and her husband for their many years of volunteer service.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Maureen's Life Celebration on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from 4-8 PM and Friday, September 20, 2013 from 9-9:30 AM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Jude's Church, 86 Main Street, Norfolk on Friday, September 20, 2013 at 10AM. Interment will be in the Norfolk Cemetery. Donations in her name may be made to Friends of Norfolk Public Library 139 Main Street, Norfolk MA 02056 or to St. Judes Catholic Church, PO Box 305, Norfolk, MA 02056.
