MRS. MARY F. (COSTELLO) SHAY OF BOURNE FORMERLY OF WEST ROXBURY, DIED IN THE CHARLWELL HOUSE NURSING FACILITY IN NORWOOD, MASSACHUSETTS ON FRIDAY MORNING, AUGUST 19TH, 2005. Born in Boston, Massachusetts she was educated in the Boston School System.

A retired secretary for Dr. Roundsville at the Faulkner Hospital Anesthesia Department, she was there for over 25 years before her retirement.

Mrs. Shay love sewing, and square dancing.

Beloved wife of the late Edward Shay and the late Leonard F. Gleason Loving mother of Lawrence L. & his wife Carol Gleason of Walpole, and the late Catherine F. Menkello. Cherished grandmother of Phillip Attardi, Mathew Attardi , Anthony Attardi, Stephanie Gleason , Laurie Gleason and the late Renee Attardi, great grandmother of Phillip Attardi, Jr. and Chelsie Attardi Stepmother of Janet Butler of Bourne and Edward Shay of Pocasset

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Blessed Sacrament Church Walpole on Monday, August 22nd, 2005 @ 9AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are Sunday afternoon 4pm to 8pm, in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment Private.
