Mary Ellen (Rozuck) Rich, age 95, died in the Charlwell House in Norwood, Massachusetts on Friday, March 13, 2015. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on August 7, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Ignatius Rozuck and Julia Justina (LeSavoy) Rozuck-Kashuba. Mary graduated from Walpole High School and continued her education at Burdett College in Boston.
She worked as the executive secretary to the President of Fales Machine Shop in Walpole.
As a devoted member of the Town of Walpole for many years, Mary served as Girl Scout Leader of 2 Troops, held the position of Treasurer of the Friends of the Walpole Council on Aging for many years, served on the Board of both the Walpole Council on Aging and the Walpole Arts Council, and was a member of the Walpole Women's Club. She was also a member of the Sharon Garden Club, the Legion of Mary, and the Catholic Women's Club, where she also served as the Treasurer. In addition, Mary was the President of the Adams Society for Multiple Sclerosis and she volunteered her time at both Southwood Hospital and the East Walpole Public Library. In her spare time, Mary enjoyed World wide travel, gardening, flowers, reading, and gourmet cooking.

Loving aunt of Everett A. Carlson of Cambridge, Mark Presentato of New Mexico, Jay Presentato, Peter Presentato both of Mansfield, Lisa Carlson of Walpole, Jennifer Carlson of North Attleboro, Carol Carlson of Mansfield.
Sister of the late Annie Carlson and Gertrude Presentato.
Aunt of the late Kenneth Carlson and Robert Carlson.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street, Walpole on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 9:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Blessed Sacrament Church, 10 Diamond Street, Walpole on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Saint Francis Cemetery in Walpole.
