Mary "Arline" McQuaid, 85, died in her sleep at her home in Franklin on January 13. Born in Manchester, NH in 1928. She graduated from Girls High School, Boston, MA in 1946.
She was a resident of Wrentham for 31 years prior to moving to Franklin in 2013.
Known to her friends and family as Arline, she was an avid gardener and a former member of the Franklin Country Club.
In 1992 she retired with her husband Richard Mirabile as owner and bookkeeper of George Trucking Co. in Walpole.
She was pre-deceased by her husband Richard Mirabile, the mother of Mimi Hulick, Alison Metcalf, Christine Doerr and Richard Mirabile Jr. and the proud grandmother of eight.
She was the sister of Thomas McQuaid of Peabody, MA.
A memorial service will be held in the spring with internment at Centre Cemetery in Wrentham.
