Mary Anne Alberto

Mary Anne Alberto age 75 years died in the Norwood Hospital in Norwood, Massachusetts on Saturday, January 7, 2012. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts on October 3, 1936. She graduated from Hyde Park High School with the class of 1954. She has been a resident of Walpole, Massachusetts since 1980 moving there from Westwood and formerly Hyde Park.

She was and administrative assistant for the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Norwood for 13 years. She also worked as a retail cashier at Wal-Mart in Walpole.

Miss Alberto was a devout Catholic and a member of Blessed Sacrament Church. She enjoyed arranging flowers and was an avid Boston Sports fan. Most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Devoted daughter of the late Rocco and Stella (Bencoski) Alberto. Loving sister of the late John Alberto and the late Anthony Alberto. Sister in law of Ann Alberto of Walpole. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great great nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Church East Street (Route 27) at Diamond Street Walpole on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 10AM. Visiting hours are Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery in Hyde Park.
