Marjorie J. (Sullivan) Cribby, age 95, passed away in the Norwood Hospital in Norwood, Massachusetts on Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on April 11, 1920, she was the daughter of the late William F. and Helen A. (Murray) Sullivan. She was raised in South Boston until her family moved to Norfolk in 1924. Marjorie graduated from Walpole High School with the class of 1937. After high school, she took a position as a sales clerk with Filene's in Boston for a short period of time before tansitioning to the role of a homemaker to raise and care for her growing family.

Marjorie worked part time in the cafeteria at the King Philip Junior High School in Norfolk and served as a part time dispatcher for the Police and Fire Departments in the Town of Norfolk.

She was an avid reader, enjoyed discussing politics, and loved listening to talk radio. She also enjoyed traveling, some of her most memorable trips included her vaction to Europe and the various crusies she took. Most important to Marjorie was her family, she cherished all the time she spent with them.

Beloved wife of the late James H. Cribby.
Loving mother of William R. Crane and his wife Suzanne of Norfolk, Thomas P. Crane and his wife Diane of Franklin, Cheryl A. Kelley and her husband William F. of Norfolk, Janet M. Cribby of Norfolk.
Cherished grandmother of Paul, Patrick, Peter, Paula I., James T., John F. and Terri A. and great grandmother of Christina, Angelina, Jacoby, Colton, Tyler, Dylan, Kaelan, Finley, and Emme.

All services took place privately at the request of the family. Interment was in the Norfolk Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: The Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
