Mrs. Margaret "Maggi" (Winter) Jacobs age 52 died peacefully at home surrounded by her family and close friends after a long and courageous battle against breast cancer, on Tuesday afternoon, January 22nd, 2008. Born in Norwood, Massachusetts on April 13, 1955, the daughter of the late Charles F. and Sally (Parkhurst) Winter. She graduated from King Philip Regional High School with the Class of 1972 and later graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts with the Class of 1988 having earned her BS in Business Administration.. She was inducted into the Honor Society at Stonehill Alpha Sigma Lamda. Mrs. Jacobs is a 24 year resident of Walpole moving here from Wrentham.
She has been the Director of Global Pricing for the Hollingsworth and Vose Company in East Walpole.
Mrs. Jacobs loved her cats Marcus and Cleo, she was an avid golfer, a voracious reader, she loved to cook , to travel, and enjoyed a good time as well as her quiet times

Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Dear friends of Ann Marie Rotondi of Norwood and Sue Chisholm of Walpole formerly of Plainville. Special thanks to cousin Christine for all her love and support.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated in the Blessed Sacrament Church East Street (Route #27) at Diamond Street Walpole on Friday morning, January 25th, 2008 @ 10AM. Visiting hours are Thursday afternoon, January 24th, 2008 from 4pm to 8pm at James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment will be private.
