Margaret L. Griffin

Mrs. Margaret L. (Levis) Griffin age 81 years, died in the Norwood Hospital in Norwood, Massaschusetts on Friday, September 28, 2012. Born in Brookline, Massachusetts on August 27, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Charles A. and Margaret (Dickson) Levis. She was a 1948 graduate of Brookline High School.

Mrs. Griffin was a Branch Manager for the Brookline Trust Company and retired with over 30 years of service from the Chestnut Hill Branch in 1979. Upon her retirement she and her husband moved to Center Harbor, New Hampshire, where they lived for over 25 years. She moved back to Walpole in 1995.

Beloved wife of the late John F. Griffin. Loving sister of Muriel A. Bullington of Cookeville, TN, Joyce L. Barsomian, Anne W. Levis both of Walpole and the late Col. Charles A. Levis. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the visiting hour in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 from 10AM to 11AM.
