Margaret E. "Peggy" Albee

Margaret E. (Taylor) "Peggy" Albee, age 90, passed away peacefully in the Norwood Hospital in Norwood, Massachusetts on Saturday, July 30, 2016. Born in Norwood on October 3, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Arthur J. and Margaret A. (Goodfellow) Taylor. As a lifelong resident of Walpole, Massachusetts, Peggy graduated from Walpole High School with the Class of 1943.

While her husband, Darrell, served in the Navy, Peggy took a position with New England Telephone. After Darrell's return, she transitioned to the role of a homemaker, raising and caring for her family. In her later years, she loved visiting Bar Habor, Maine with her husband.

Loving mother of Mary Elaine and her husband David Thurber of Foxboro and Patricia A. Jondro of Walpole.
Cherished grandmother of 5 and great grandmother of 7.
Sister of Joan E. Bruno of Mansfield, Carol A. Vernazzarro of Norwood, and the late Jack Taylor.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Peggy's visitation on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 8:30 to 9:30 AM, in the James H. Delaney and Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street, WALPOLE. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Jude's Church, 86 Main Street, Norfolk Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 10:00 AM. Interment in Saint Francis Cemetery, Walpole.
