Leo Joseph Will

Leo Joseph "Joe" Will age 87 years died in the Caritas Norwood Hospital in Norwood, Massachusetts on Monday, February 23, 2009. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on August 11, 1921, he was the son of the late Leo F. and Emilie (Berghaus) Will. He graduated from Boston College High School with the class of 1939 and went on to attend Northeastern University. Mr. Will served his country in the United States Army during World War II. He had been living in Norwood, Massachusetts since 1951 moving from Dorchester, Massachusetts.

He worked as a special investigator for Boston Edison for 46 years.

Mr. Will was a 4th degree life member of the Norwood Knights of Columbus.

He enjoyed playing cards, camping, sailing, and fixing things, but especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

Beloved husband of Charlotte T. (Wessling) Will. Loving father of Joseph B. Will of Texas, Robert F. Will of Walpole, Charlotte A. Hazell of Randolph, Janet M. Webber of Plainville, Nancy L. Healy of Florida, Christopher L. Will of CA, and Paula T. Nasuti of NC. Cherished grandfather of 14 and great grandfather of 6 Brother of Sr. Frances Will of PA, the late John C. Will, and the late Louise Will. Brother in law of Helena Miethe of Norwood.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral that will be celebrated at Saint Timothy's Church Nichols Street Norwood on Friday, February 27, 2009 at 10 AM. Visiting hours are Thursday, February 26, 2009 from 4-8PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment is in Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
