Kevin Joseph Earley, age 21, tragically passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021 following an automobile accident. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on February 9, 2000, he was the son of Timothy P. and Catherine P. (Markt) Earley. He was raised in Sharon, Massachusetts, where he was educated in Sharon Public Schools. As a young boy, Kevin loved to sing and would light up any room with a song. As he moved into middle school, he transitioned into theater, acting in various school productions. While in high school, Kevin continued his acting role in several productions before moving into the technical side of the theater. He took the position of Prop Master, for which he was recognized with an award for all of his hard work and dedication. In addition to the theater, as a whiz with a computer, Kevin was tapped to serve with the Sharon High School Computer Help Desk, assisting his teachers and fellow students with any issue that popped up. Kevin continued to grow his computer skill set, teaching himself how to code to develop websites.
Following his graduation from Sharon High School in 2018, Kevin took his love for the theater to the Black Box Theater in Mansfield, returning to his acting roles. He went on to assist them with their website design and fund-raising efforts. Outside of the theater, Kevin continued to work on website coding, assisting family and friends with any of their web projects. More recently, Kevin worked as a deliveryman for DoorDash and InstaCart.
Kevin's deep roots in his hometown of Sharon led him to spend countless hours volunteering within the town. As an “Old Soul,” he was one of the youngest members of the Sharon Historical Society, attending all their events and assisting with various research projects. He also enjoyed volunteering alongside his dad at the Sharon Fire Department for many years, helping with Fire Prevention Week and other events. Kevin’s dedication to the fire department allowed him to become very close friends with Sparky the Fire Dog.
At home, he perfected his art designs in both free hand drawing and computer graphics. Most recently, he began developing his photography skills, finding the perfect setting to take the shot.
