Kathryn Sawyer Fisher

Kathryn Sawyer Fisher age 95 years died in the Charlwell House in Norwood, Massachusetts on Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Born in Walpole, Massachusetts on September 19, 1915; she was the daughter of the late Charles F. and Millie (Temple) Sawyer. She graduated from Walpole High School with the class of 1934. She has been a life long resident of Walpole.

Mrs. Fisher was a homemaker for all of her adult life, raising and caring for her family.

She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, and sewing.

Beloved wife of the late Leon Fisher, Jr. Loving mother of Linda Tracy and her husband David of Walpole and Thomas Fisher of New York. Cherished grandmother of 3 and great grandmother of 12. Sister of Donald Sawyer of Walpole and the late Charles Sawyer.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral service in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Visiting hours are Monday, July 25, 2011 from 3-7 PM. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Walpole. Memorial donations may be made to: HESSCO 1 Merchant Street Sharon, Massachusetts 02067.
