June Kelley

May 7, 1938 — February 10, 2008

Mrs. June (Stefanik) Kelley age 69 years died on Sunday , February 10th, 2008 in Naples Florida. Born in New Bedford, Massachusetts on May 7th, 1938, the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Smagacz) Stefanik. She was educated in New Bedford and graduated from New Bedford High School with the Class of 1956. She entered into Bridgewater State College , where she would met her husband, and graduated with the Class of 1960.

She went to work as an Elementary Education Teacher in the New Bedford School System, she would then marry her husband and raise her family. After her children were grown she did some subsitute teaching and later worked as a full time teacher for the Town of Walpole. She retired in 1996.

A year round resident of Naples, Florida for the past 2 years, she had wintered there for many years and lived in Walpole for over 35 years.

Mrs. Kelley had many interests: she loved to cook and entertain. She enjoyed gardening, the theater, traveling the United States and Europe. But what gave her the greatest joy was her family, she was dedicated to her children and her grandchildren.

Her daughter Tracey said this of her mother : Her bright smile and courage will be remembered by all that knew her.

Kelley Loving mother of Jay G. and his wife April Kelley, Jr. of Franklin, Sean J. and his wife Susan Kelley of Walpole, Tracey Kelley and her husband John Lavin of Charlestown, and the late Kerry S. Kelley. Cherished grandmother of Katie, Jake, Brian, Kerry, Anna, and Drew. Sister of the late Joseph Stefanik and Edwin Stefanik

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Church East Street (Rt 27) at Diamond Street Walpole on Saturday, February 16, 2008 @ 10AM. Visiting hours are Friday, February 15, 2008 from 3pm to 7pm at James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole . Interment Saint Francis Cemetery, Walpole. Memorial donations may be made to: in lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Parkinsons Association of Southwest Florida Post Office Box 770820 Naples, Florida 34107.
