Judith R. McNaught

July 26, 1942 — June 20, 2020

Judith R. (Sullivan) McNaught, age 77, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 20, 2020 in the Seasons Hospice Inpatient Facility in Milton, Massachusetts.  Born in Boston, Massachusetts on July 26, 1942, she was the daughter of the late James and Rose L. (Quinn) Sullivan.  She was raised in Walpole, Massachusetts, where she graduated from Walpole High School with the Class of 1960.  Following her graduation, Judy took a position with Texaco, working as a secretary.

Judy married David W. McNaught in Blessed Sacrament Church in Walpole and made their home together in East Walpole.  After welcoming her two children, David and Kelly, Judy took on the role of a homemaker, raising and caring for her young family.  Once her children were enrolled in school, Judy returned to the working world, first taking a position with Heartland Drug in Walpole, and later starting her career with CVS in their Walpole location.  She later transferred to CVS's Millis location, where she worked for many years until her retirement.  While she was officially retired, Judy enjoyed keeping busy and as such took a couple of part time postions, one at Kohl's at the Walpole Mall and one at the Dollar Store in Rocky's Plaza on Main Street in Walpole.

When she wasn't hard at work, Judy enjoyed catching up with old friends from high school.  She looked forward to their annual October luncheons and was always in attendance at their class reunions.  Back at home, Judy loved watching the Boston Bruins, as an avid fan, she was sure to catch every game.

Loving mother of David R. McNaught of Walpole and Kelly J. Morin and her significant other, Dan Cole, of Norton.
Cherished grandmother of Stephen C. Harland and Emily R. Morin.
Sister of James Sullivan and his wife, Linda, of Florida and the late Diane Sullivan.
Former wife of the late David W. McNaught.

At the request of Judy's family all services will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Judy's name may be made to Friends of Walpole Public Library, 143 School Street, Walpole, Massachusetts 02081.
