MR. JOSEPH HENRY KEOUGH OF HYDE PARK, MASSACHUSETTS DIED IN THE FAULKNER HOSPITAL, BOSTON, MA ON WEDNESDAY MORNING, JULY 27th, 2005. Born in Boston, the son of the late Harry & Bessie (Burns) Keough. He attended the Boston Public Schools , he entered into the United States Marines and served his country as a PFC during World War II
Upon his return he became a Police Officer for the City of Boston, having served there for over 26 years and he retired in November of 1975.
A member of the American Legion in Hyde Park , the Boston Patrolman Association and the Boston Police Relief Association.
Beloved husband of the late Marion (Andrew) Keough Father of Joseph A. Keough of Orlando, Florida, Kathleen M. MacDonald of East Walpole, Michael J. Keough of Loxahatchee, Florida, David S. Keough of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Sandra J. Keough of East Walpole Cherished grandfather to his loving grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Brother of Agnes Keough of Jamaica Plain, the late Henry Keough and the late Grace Keough.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral service in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole on Monday, August 1st, 2005 @ 10AM. Visiting hours are Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Interment in Blue Hill Cemetery Braintree. Memorial Donations may be made to the Boston Police Relief Association 1249 Hyde Park Avenue Hyde Park, Massachusetts 02136.
