James Angus McEachern, age 87, died in his Foxborough, Massachusetts home on Tuesday, December 09, 2014. Born on April 11, 1927 in Boston, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Joseph and Ellen (Donnelly) McEachern. He graduated from Boston Trade High School. After high school, James proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps during World War II. He was stationed in the Asiatic Pacific Theater of Operation and was honorably discharged in 1945 as a Private First Class. After his discharge, he enlisted in the United States Army and continued to serve his country until 1948. He has been a resident of Foxborough for the past 10 years moving from Walpole, Massachusetts.
