James R. Jamison

James R. Jamison age 68 years died in his Norwood, Massachusetts home on Tuesday, March 6, 2012. Born in Newton, Massachusetts on August 29, 1943, he was the son of James Y. and Shirley M. (Fox) Jamison. He was a 1961 graduate of Walpole High School. He has been a resident of Norwood for the past 12 years moving there from Walpole.

Mr. Jamison worked for Autopart International in Norwood and was formerly with Glynn Automotive and Allied Auto Parts.

Jim enjoyed reading, fresh water fishing and time spent with his family, especially with his grandchildren.

Loving father of Jennifer L. and her husband Gregory Pitts of Walpole, James P. and his wife Stephanie Jamison of Attleboro, and Robyn A. and her husband Anthony Pepe of Canton. Cherished grandfather of Corey, Andrew, Leah, Lily, and Abby. Brother of Margaret and her husband Timothy Lee,with their children Elizabeth and Jessica all of Boston.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday, March 16, 2012 from 4pm to 7pm in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Funeral services and interment are private.
