IRENE A. (Fleming) GROARK AGE 82 YEARS DIED at the Harrington House Nursing Facility, Walpole, Massachusetts on Tuesday Evening, April 25th, 2006. Born in Medford, Massachusetts on October 18th, 1923, the daughter of the late Frederick William & Mary Catherine (Moriarty) Fleming. A 1942 graduate of Saint Mary's High School in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Mrs. Groark had lived in Walpole for many years, where she was a homemaker and took care of her family.

A Volunteer at the Blessed Sacrament Church, she was a member of the Legion of Mary, A Eucharistic Minister, and made baptismal robes She volunteered at Norwood Hospital. Her real passion was the time spent with her family and friends.

Beloved wife of John J. Groark Loving mother of Theresa A. and her husband David M. Browne of Franklin, John F. Groark, James W. Groark both of Walpole, Catherine E. Groark of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, and Paul D. Groark of Fitchburg. Cherished Grandmother of Elisabeth A. Browne, Colleen P. Browne, Christina M. Foley, and Ryan M. Foley. Sister of Ruth M. Fleming of Stoughton

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at the Blessed Sacrament Church Walpole on Monday, May 1, 2006 @ 10. Visiting hours are Sunday afternoon , April 30, 2006 from 2 to 6 in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment Massachusetts National Cemetery. Bourne, Massachusetts.
