Ida M. Teri

Ida M. Teri, age 84 years, died in the Bay Path Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Duxbury, Massachusetts on Saturday, February 22, 2014. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on October 5, 1929, she graduated from Girls Practical Arts High School in Boston with the class of 1945, where she was the valedictorian. She has been a resident of Plympton, Massachusetts since 1990 moving from Mattapan.

Ida was employed by the Federal Reserve Bank in Boston as a photo colorist for 15 years.

She enjoyed both Square Dancing and Shopping.

Devoted daughter of the late Antonio and Maria (Lograsso) Teri. Loving sister of Stephen Teri and his wife Lorrie of Marshfield, and the late Bartholomew L. Teri. Loving aunt of Marie & Ed Tropeano of Walpole, Steven M. Teri of Plympton, Michele & Arthur McCarthy of Weymouth, Lori & Jay Szymanski of Rowley, and the late Anthony Teri. Loving great aunt of Michael & Joshua Teri, Caitlin & Kerin McCarthy, Justin & Aiden Szymanski, Adam & Stephen Allison, and the late Joseph Tropeano.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Ida's Life Celebration on Monday, March 3, 2014 from 3-6 PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street, Walpole. A Funeral Home Service will be held on Monday evening at 6PM. Interment will be private.
