Helen G. McLeod

Helen G. (Clark) McLeod age 76 years died in the Norwood Hospital on Thursday, December 08, 2011. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on June 25, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Melvin F. and Clemence D. (Perrier) Clark. She graduated from Dedham High School. She has been a resident of Walpole for most of her life.

Mrs. McLeod was a manager at Julie's Halmark Store in Millis.

Beloved wife of Robert "Bob" McLeod. Loving mother of Joseph Columbo, Jr. and his wife Joanne of Milford and Elizabeth Chamberland and her husband Albert of Woonsocket, RI. Also mother of Helen Marie Columbo, Trish DeLorean, Cynthia Columbo, and Jeffrey Clark Columbo. Cherished grandmother of many, great grandmother of many, and great great grandmother of 1. Aunt of Laura and Judy Ann. Also survived by her devoted friends, the Dedham Girls, her loving and loyal friends of Julie's Halmark Store, and her many Cape Cod Friends.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather at the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole on Monday, December 12, 2011 at 10:30AM. A graveside service will be held at Knollwood Memorial Park High Street Canton at 11AM. Visiting hours are omitted at the request of the family.
