Helen A. (Souther) Hobbs age 83 years died in the Southeast Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Easton, Massachusetts on Saturday, March 7, 2009. Born in Cohasset, Massachusetts on July 29, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Edward E. H. and Sally Fabens (Cushing) Souther. She was a graduate of Cohasset High School. She had been living in Wrentham, Massachusetts for the past 5 years, previously residing in Brevard, North Carolina for 10 years and Walpole, Massachusetts for 35 years.
Mrs. Hobbs worked as a book keeper for the Walpole Woodworkers in Walpole, Massachusetts.
Beloved wife of the late Charles E. Hobbs. Loving mother of Cheri Leonard and her husband Sandy of Wrentham, Harry Hobbs and his wife Linda of Long Pond, PA, C. Justin Hobbs and his wife Linda of Foxboro, Kirk Hobbs of Nashua, NH, Sally Butler and her husband Edwin of Smithfield, ME, and Helen and her husband Larry Page of Upton. Cherished grandmother of Kevin, Alicia, Monika, Alexander, Adam, Andrew, Sarah, Jake, and Scott; great grandmother of Carley and Jake. Sister of the late Louis Souther.
