Helen G. Ammidown

Mrs. Helen G. (Brennan) Ammidown age 87 years died in the Maples Nursing Center, Wrentham, Massachusetts on Saturday, August 9th, 2008. Born in East Walpole, on September 8, 1920, to her parents the late Everett and Mabel (Matthews) Brennan. A life long resident of Walpole. She graduated from Walpole Senior High School with the Class of 1939.

She worked as a clerk at Kendall Mills for 15 years and retired in 1982.

Mrs. Ammidown was an active and loved member of the Union Congregational Church in East Walpole

Beloved wife of the late Edward H. Ammidown, Jr. Loving mother of Edward H. Ammidown, III of Mansfield, and the late Nancy A. Kelter. Cherished grandmother of 4 grandsons and great grandmother of 2 sister of Donald Brennan of East Walpole, Wendall Brennan of Charlotte, North Carolina, Linda Barrett of Holliston, the late Alan Brennan, the late Betty Lou Kalstrom and the late Myron Brennan who died on August 7, 2008.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Memorial Service that will be held in the Union Congregational Church 55 Rhodes Avenue East Walpole on Saturday August 16th, 2008 @ 11AM . Visiting hours are Thursday, August 14, 2008 from 5pm to 8pm at James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole . Interment Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton, Massachusetts.
