Harriet J. (Greaves) Stewart age 87 years died in her Walpole, Massachusetts home on Friday, April 27, 2012. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on July 10, 1924, she was the daughter of the late John and Jeanne (Duplissy) Greaves. She has been a resident of Walpole, Massachusetts since 1953.

Mrs. Stewart was a homemaker for all of her adult life raising and caring for her family.

She was a active member of the Epiphany Episcopal Church in Walpole and knitted, crocheted, and sewed many items for the Church Fairs. She was also a member of the Walpole Garden Club.

Beloved wife of George W. Stewart. Loving mother of Gary W. Stewart of Sandy, UT, G. Ronald Stewart of Brooklyn, NY, Dianne E. Stewart of Taunton, and the late James Stewart. Cherished grandmother of 7. Step sister of Iona Duplissy, Norma Duplissy, and Barbara Duplissy all of Nova Scotia.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral service in the Epiphany Episcopal Church 62 Front Street Walpole on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 11AM. Visiting hours are Tuesday, May 1, 2012 from 4-7PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery Walpole.
