Geraldine M. Pierce

Geraldine M. (Tagliaferro) Pierce age 80 years died in her Walpole, Massachusetts home on Sunday, August 8, 2010. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on January 16, 1930; she was the daughter of the late John and Rose (Pomer) Tagliaferro. She has been a resident of Walpole for the past year moving from Foxborough and had previously lived in West Roxbury.

She worked as a Claims Adjuster for the Kepmer Insurance Agency in Quincy, Massachusetts for 20 years, retiring in 1988.

Mrs Pierce enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.

Beloved wife of the late James A. Pierce. Loving mother of Dianne M. Pierce of Wrentham, Jim A. Pierce of Walpole, and Carla R. Hohmann of Walpole. Cherished grandmother of Chritopher Hohmann of Marthas Vinyard, James Hohmann, Keith Hohmann both of Walpole, Madeline Pierce and James Pierce both of Foxboro. Sister of Carl Tagliaferro of Walpole. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral that will be celebrated at Saint Mary's Church Carpenter Road Foxborough on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours are Wednesday morning from 8:30 - 9:30 AM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment will be in Saint Joseph's Cemetery West Roxbury.
