Gerald Thomas Landry

Mr. Gerald Thomas Landry age 98 years died in his Walpole home on Sunday afternoon, December 21, 2008. Born in Conway, New Hampshire on February 9, 1910, his parents the late Wilfred and Mary (Conway) Landry. He was educated in Conway , moved to Boston area to attend Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he graduated as a mechanical engineer.

A resident of Walpole for the past 3 A' years, moving here from Dedham where he had lived for over 40 years.

A mechanical engineer specializing in vacuum systems, he had spent over 40 years at his trade for a number of companies in the greater Boston Area. He retired in 1978.

Beloved husband of Katherine H. (Murphy) Landry Devoted son of the late Wilfred and Mary Landry Brother of John Landry of California, Loretta Kennison and Lawrence Landry both of New Hampshire. also survived by many nieces , nephews, great niece and great nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated in the Saint Jude's Church 86 Main Street Norfolk on Friday, December 26, 2008 @ 10AM. Visiting hours are Friday Morning, December 26, 2008 from 8:30AM to 9:30AM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole .
