Georgia (Mihos) Chambers age 97 years died in the Avery Manor, Needham, Massachusetts on Wednesday, July 25, 2007. Born in Brockton, Massachusetts on April 1, 1910 to her parents Louis & Stella (Poulos) Mihos.

Both she and her husband owned and operated a number of Family Restaurant in Brockton, Brookline, and Newport, RI.

Mrs. Chambers was a member of the Philoticos Society.

Beloved wife of the late John G. Chambers. Loving mother of Elpis "Becky" Salvatore of E. Walpole and the late Plato Chambers. Cherished grandmother of 7 and great grandmother of 14. Sister of Rev. Charles Mihos of Lynn, Mary Felch of Brockton, and the late Constance Tsoumakas, Eugenia Riley, Joanne Christopher, William Mihos, Nicholas Mihos, and George Mihos.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral Service that will be held at St. Demetrius Greek Orthodox Church Brown Street Weston, MA on Saturday, July 28, 2007 @ 12 Noon. Visiting hours are Friday Evening, July 27, 2007 from 4PM to 8 PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment Saint Joseph's Cemetery.
