Gale A. Engler

Gale A. (Shufelt) Engler age 54 years died on Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Born in Norwood, Massachusetts on June 12, 1956; she graduated from Walpole High School with the class of 1974. She went on to earn her Associates Degree from the Massasoit Community College in 1986. She has been living in Londonderry, New Hampshire since 2003 and had moved there from Walpole, Massachusetts.

Mrs. Engler was a medical assistant at the Women's Progressive Healthcare office in Derry, New Hampshire.

She enjoyed making jewelry, gardening, reading, crocheting, shopping, swimming, and spendin quiet time at the beach. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and her dog Kemo.

Beloved wife of Robert "Bob" M. Engler. Loving mother of Elizabeth G. Hand Connolly of Walpole and Michael R. Engler of Londonderry, NH. Devoted daughter of Mary T. Shufelt of Walpole and the late Richard A. Shufelt. Sister of Deborah Zahner of Walpole, Richard Shufelt, Jr. of Walpole, Robin Shufelt of Mattapoisett, Robert Shufelt of Wrentham, and the late Susan Connolly. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral service in the Epiphany Episcopal Church 62 Front Street Walpole on Monday at 11AM. Visiting hours are Sunday from 2-5PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society 30 Speen Street Framingham, MA 01701.
