Frank E. Brown, age 93, of Walpole, Massachusetts passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Foremost of Sharon. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on September 22, 1927, he was the son of the late Myron and Ruth (White) Brown. He was raised in Westwood, Massachusetts, where, as a young boy, he found his love for baseball, frequently attending the Boston Braves games. He was a standout athlete on the Westwood High School baseball team before his graduation in 1945. Following his graduation, Frank was drafted into the United States Army, proudly serving his country during World War II. He was stationed in Germany and was selected to serve as a guard during the Nuremberg Trials. Upon his return home to Westwood, Frank applied and earned a position with the Westwood Post Office, working as a letter carrier.
Frank married his beloved wife, Constance J. Wallace, on April 18, 1954. Together they made their home in Norwood, Massachusetts before settling in Walpole, Massachusetts in 1958. Frank continued his career with the United States Postal Service for thirty years before retiring.
Frank's love of baseball continued throughout his life, always cheering for his hometown team, the Boston Red Sox. He was a long time Walpole American Legion Baseball Coach, supporting the youth baseball players for 30 years. In addition to serving as a coach, Frank spent countless hours volunteering with the Walpole Recreation Committee. Franks's love for sports did not end with baseball, as he was a season ticket holder for the Boston College Eagle's football team and loved following the New England Patriots. At home, Frank enjoyed relaxing in his living room, tuning into the local game or watching the History Channel.

Loving father of Michael E. Brown and Karen M. Brown both of Walpole.
Brother of Mildred Haynes of North Attleborough and brother-in-law of Loretta Ober of Wrentham.
He is also survived by his dear friend and cousin, Ralph White, of Walpole.
At the request of Frank's family, all services and interment will be private. Donations in Frank's name may be made to the New England Center and Home for Veterans 17 Court Street #2601 Boston, MA 02108.
