Frances C. Rimini

Frances C. (Bonanno) Rimini, age 87 years, died in the Ellis Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Norwood, Massachusetts on Friday, January 3, 2014. Born in Dedham, Massachusetts on July 25, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Grace Bonanno. Frances was raised in Medway and graduated from Medway High School. She was a resident of Foxboro moving there from West Roxbury and Walpole.

As a great homemaker, she was passionate about her cooking, her baking, and her house keeping. She received many compliments about her cooking skills. Mrs. Rimini and her late husband John loved to dance and enjoyed the music of the Big Bands. What truly made her happy was being with her family and watching her grandchildren grow.

Beloved wife of the late John Rimini. Loving mother of Linda R. Donaghey and her husband David of Foxboro and Joan J. Burt of South Carolina. Cherished grandmother of Carolyn Burt of Florida, Michael Burt of Walpole, Kristina Burt of Florida, and the late Brian Burt. Great grandmother of 3. Sister of Elizabeth Ward of Acton, the late Anna Petersen, the late Frank Bonanno, and the late Charles Bonanno.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the visiting hour on Thursday morning, January 9, 2014 from 8:30 to 9:30 AM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Blessed Sacrament Church, 10 Diamond Street, Walpole at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in Rural Cemetery in Walpole.
