Eva L. (Silvi) DiAntonio age 83 years died in the Framingham Union Hospital in Framingham, Massachusetts on Monday, December 28, 2009. Born in Walpole, Massachusetts on December 10, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Rose (DeSanctis) Silvi. She graduated from Walpole High School with the class of 1945. She has been living in Walpole, Massachusetts for the past 45 years moving from Milford, Massachusetts.
She was a homemaker for most of her adult life, but had worked for New England Telephone in Walpole.
She enjoyed ballroom dancing, singing, cooking, and shopping; however she most especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Loving mother of Victoria DiAntonio of Plainville, Elizabeth DiAntonio of Franklin, Francesca Dastoli of Bellingham, Christine Falone of Ashland, and Joseph DiAntonio of Walpole. Cherished grandmother of Daniel, Angela, Antonio, Charles, Mekala, Michael, Nicholas, Alexander, and Stephanie; great grandmother of Nova. Sister of Mary Minichiello of NY, James Silvi of Eastham, Emma Weaver of GA, and the late John Silvi. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Church East Street (Route 27) at Diamond Street Walpole on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 11:30 AM. Visiting hours are Friday, January 1, 2010 from 2-4 & 7-9PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment is private. Memorial donations may be made to: American Heart Association 20 Speen Street Framingham, MA 01701.
