Eugene Paul Mahan

December 28, 1932 — June 18, 2009

Mr. Eugene Paul Mahan age 76 years died in his Walpole Home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday evening June 18th, 2009. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on December 28, 1932, the son of James and Hannah (Devlin) Mahan. He graduated from Boston Trade School. Mr. Mahan was a retired Regional Fleet Manager for the Dayco, Corporation.

A resident of Walpole since 1954 , moving here from Brookline.

Mr. Mahan served in the Massachusetts National Guard for over 13 years, he had attained the rank of Sargeant.

Beloved husband of the late Ruth Ann (Nelson) Mahan Loving father of Bruce Paul and his wife Elaine (Robertson) Mahan of Franklin Cherished grandfather of Jaqualine Mahan and Derrick Mahan both of Franklin Brother of Joseph Mahan of Oklahoma, John Mahan of Seattle, Washington, Mary Serena of Randolph, Ann Veneto of Milton, Richard Mahan of Quincy, the late James Mahan and his late twin brother Peter Mahan.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday evening, June 23, 2009 from 7pm to 9 pm in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Funeral service and burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the Pan Mass Challenge Post Office Box 414575 Boston, Massachusetts 02241-4575
