Elaine P. Philbrick

Elaine P. Philbrick age 59 years died in the Framingham Union Hospital in Framingham, Massachusetts on Friday, March 25, 2011. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on September 14, 1951; she graduated from the Holy Cross Academy in Brookline with the class of 1969. She later received her Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University in 1979. In 1998, she graduated from New Hampshire College with her Master's Degree in Business Adminitration and a Graduate Study Certificate in Health Asministration.

Elaine has been a resident of Framingham, Massachusetts for the past 12 years and had moved there from Dover, New Hampshire.

She worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield as their Senior Underwriter for 17 years.

Elaine was an avid Red Sox fan and loved spending time with her family.

Devoted daughter of Dorothy C. (Sullivan) Philbrick of Walpole formerly of West Roxbury, and the late James R. Philbrick. Loving sister of Janet M. and her husband Brad Wellock of Walpole and Audrey J. Philbrick and Bill Kennedy of Walpole. Loving aunt of Lauren and her husband Scott Cunningham of Plymouth, James Wellock of Cambridge, and Keith Wellock of Walpole, and great aunt of Joseph and Samantha Cunningham of Plymouth.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Church East Street (Route 27) at Diamond Street Walpole on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Visiting hours are Tuesday, March 29, 2011 from 4-8PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment is in Saint Joseph's Cemetery in West Roxbury.
