Eileen F. O'Neill

Eileen F. (Barry) O'Neill age 87 years died in Saint Patrick's Manor in Framingham, Massachusetts on Sunday, April 22, 2012. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on November 6, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Sarah (Benson) Barry. She graduated from Roxbury High School with the class of 1942 and later graduated from the Boston Business School. She has been a resident of Walpole since 1971.

Mrs. O'Neill was a purchasing administrator for the City of Boston for 10 years and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts MCI Walpole for 25 years.

She was a member of the Walpole Senior Center. She enjoyed folloing the Red Sox and Bruin and tending to her flower garden.

Beloved wife of the late Eugene Francis O'Neill, Jr. Loving mother of Barry E. O'Neill of Hopkinton, Regina M. O'Neill of Newton, Elizabeth A. O'Neill of Olathe, KS, and David E. O'Neill of Westwood. Cherished grandmother of 8. Sister of Gail Finnerty of Wrentham and the late Jean Barry.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Church East Street (Route 27) at Diamond Street Walpole on Saturday, April 28th, 2012 at 9AM. Visiting hours are Friday, April 27, 2012 4 to 7PM at James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment is private.
